About this role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of EXL's Bid processes while taking end-to-end ownership of the Highspot and Responsive platforms and leading strategic initiatives for the Growth Office. As the internal expert and primary point of contact for both platforms, the Senior Manager will be responsible for driving adoption, ensuring platform health, and aligning capabilities to evolving business needs. Working closely with EXL's global Bid & Solutioning community, the Senior Manager will lead process improvements and maximise the value delivered by Responsive, empowering sales and proposal teams across RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and buyer questions. In addition, the Senior Manager will lead ad hoc initiatives to embed best practices and drive continuous improvement across the Growth Office.
