About this role
• Enter and validate software orders in Salesforce and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Review customer quotes, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with pricing, terms, and company policies. • Generate and reconcile invoices using internal reports, ensuring proper billing including Sales tax and alignment with financial requirements. • Monitor Salesforce dashboards and operational reports to track order status, backlog, and exceptions, and act promptly on discrepancies.
