Role Description • End to end understanding of Pre and Post binding activities for Open/ Bureau Market and Bordereaux • Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering • Extensive interaction with business users, senior management and IT personnel • Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery • Creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact, employee engagement and human capital development • Risk Identification and mitigation skills • Drive best practice/ idea sharing • Analytical skills and time management • Compile MIS for all the teams handled • Conduct quarterly and annual appraisals for LAMs based on evaluation of metrics performance and of non-metrics-based parameters; and develop corresponding action plans. Provide periodic feedback and coaching
