QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Overseeing the inventory accuracy of material and equipment managed and stored; 2) Ensuring physical inventories, causative research, and reconciliations are performed as required; 3) Ensuring that personnel are reporting supplier performance and quality information data, including but not limited to, deficiencies, discrepancies, non-conformances and premature failures attributable to poor workmanship, deficient manufacturing, material substitution, fraud, or counterfeit; and 4) Assisting supply personnel with audit preparation, site visits, and audits. Major DutiesYou will provide program management, oversight, guidance, and training for Inventory Management, Inventory Accuracy and the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation program for the Facilities Engineering Command.You will review local procedures in all areas affecting inventory management and inventory accuracy including requisition processing, receipt processing, inventory counts, causative research, and inventory adjustments/reversals.You will monitor corporate metrics and develop Facilities Engineering Command and Public Works Departments specific metrics to measure performance.You will schedule, coordinate with and conduct oversight testing with Public Works Departments.
