Job Responsibilities Position Summary As a Summer Data Analysis Intern at Shein, You will gain hands-on experience in leveraging data to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize logistics and supply chain data, helping to optimize delivery performance. Your contributions will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives across our logistics network.
Job Responsibilities • Analyze logistics performance metrics, including cost, timeliness and quality. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key logistics data for stakeholders. • Assist in identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization within the logistics process • Provide actionable insights to drive the growth of business and improvement of operational efficiency.
Job Requirements Job Requirements • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, engineering, economics, etc; • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026
