Job Description: SFDC Technical Project Lead & Agile Scrum Master
We are seeking a skilled SFDC Technical Project Lead who can also perform the role of an Agile Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce with hands-on project leadership and agile delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment. • Act as Scrum Master: run sprint ceremonies, manage backlog, remove blockers, and ensure agile best practices. • Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee build quality. • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution. • Manage releases, environments, and DevOps alignment.
Required Skills:
• 6–10 years of Salesforce delivery experience with strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities. • Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce or cloud projects. • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to guide technical teams, review solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
