Good to Have
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Infrastructure as Code exposure ( Terraform is a plus)
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently in production environments • Good communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in Agile / DevOps culture
• Total Experience: Minimum 8 years • OpenShift & Kubernetes: • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience • Strong knowledge of cluster administration, deployments, networking, and storage
• Ansible: • 2–3+ years of experience developing Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows
• Python: • 2–3 years of scripting and automation experience
• Shell Scripting: • 4–5 years of strong Bash/Shell scripting experience
• Linux: • Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration
• Virtualization: • Knowledge of VMware is a strong advantage
