QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) accounting operations, analyzing complex financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with federal financial management regulations. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for accounting operation by improving processes, eliminating barriers, and aligning business practices.
