QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13)(grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Major DutiesYou will serve as the SWS/AWS Engineering Division Head and is the leading SWFLANT technical expert and government authority on SWS/AWS engineering.You will specify the engineering requirements and performance standards for all technical and engineering product assurance programs, operations, and requirements.You will manage employee performance and productivity through clear objectives, feedback, and recognition, and are responsible for all supervisory functions, including workforce planning, training, and discipline.You will oversee the evaluation of system component processing requirements, performs comparative analyses of contractor plans, and directs revisions as needed.You will direct engineering studies and investigations of deficiencies in SWS/AWS programs.You will implement closed-loop corrective action systems to mitigate program failures, approving technical policies, and participating in acquisition activities from design to disposal.You will monitor SSP contractor operations, supports technical contract fact-finding, and represents SWFLANT as the SWS/AWS technical expert in program-wide planning meetings.
