As Delivery Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in site performance and customer experience. Leading a large team, you’ll be accountable for operational KPIs, resource planning, and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries. You’ll lead by example, inspire your teams, and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving. Success in this role means driving both operational excellence and employee engagement – living and breathing our five pillars: Safety, People, Customer, Delivery, and Cost.
