About this role
Job Purpose This role will report to the L&OD lead based in the APAC region. The individual will support the global L&OD implementation and will support all learning initiatives. This position will work as part of a dynamic L&OD team to coordinate, record & overall administer programs & processes in alignment with the HR strategy at APLL. Specifically, this position will support APLL’s L&OD initiatives to be smoothly implemented & executed. The areas of focus include but not limited to, L&D Process Management, Administering the Global Learning Hub, Reporting & Continuous Improvements.
