This role focuses on the architectural and procedural optimization of the facility, including plant layout redesign, cost reduction initiatives, and the successful execution of NPDI (New Product Development and Introduction) projects. You will be responsible for maximizing floor space utilization, streamlining material flow, and modernizing fabrication processes to support high-growth thermal product lines.
