Brief Job Description: - The Logistics Specialist will support our imports and provide overall support by identifying and implementing procedures to better optimize the overall efficiency of supply chain and logistics activities. Perform tasks that relate to the strategic and tactical management of carrier performance to include request for quotes, on-time delivery, on-time pick-up, Provide support to internal customers including but not limited to Operations, Sales, Procurement, and end customers. Communicate Key Performance Indicators to measure overall logistics performance and process compliance.
