About this role
Responsible for liquid cooling solution design for power modules and shelf-level products; Proficient in using CAD and CFD software for 3D modeling and thermal simulation analysis, optimizing designs to meet product performance and cost targets; Lead the prototyping of thermal solutions, support testing, validation, and failure analysis to ensure thermal reliability requirements are met; Collaborate with suppliers on module-level thermal component design and selection; Prepare design documentation, test plans/cases, and technical reports;
