Job Purpose
To enhance the goal & power of sales fundamental which will end to volume. (Distribution, Shelving, Display and Pricing) across multiple brands & Channels .
Key Accountabilities
Description Performance Indicators
• Manage and direct Sales team to establish proper Visibility, Availability and effective implementation of promotional activities
As per Scorecard.
• Ensure superior sales fundamentals applied in all store through sales Gate to Gate and Market to gate excursuses
• Ensure Achievement of sales target by sales representative, Brand , Chanel and customers
• Cascade target to all sales team by Customer, brand by SKU, and monitor team achievements in a daily basis
• Achieve sales collection target by customer as per agreement with customer to avoid over aging.
• Communicate monthly close out reports with related feedback analysis
• Ensure availability of stocks for customers.
• Control expiries, damages stocks in addition to Stocks aging.
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
