About this role
At Sinch, you will act as a consultative partner to clients, designing and evolving conversational strategies and products across WhatsApp and RCS, connecting business objectives to journeys that drive results (growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience). You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end cycle — from discovery and value proposition definition to journey design, proof of value, stakeholder alignment, and support for the adoption plan — always with a platform-agnostic, outcome-focused mindset.
