Job Summary

Produce accurate Disassemble and Inspection Reports and/or Final Documentation (Databook) referent to applicable Repair projects in the most timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce Disassemble and Inspection Reports and/or Final Documentation (Databook). • Create hard copies and/or electronic copies of the produced Disassemble and Inspection Reports and/or Final Documentation (Databook). • Communicate with and expedite Internal Departments and Vendors. • Work along with the Shipping Department to ship the Disassemble and Inspection Reports and/or Final Documentation (Databook) if necessary. • Identify potential improvement opportunities within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments on such improvements. • Pursue continuous improvement in its own activities and operations. • Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System, HSE, as well as all other corporate guidelines. • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

• Ensure proper version control, formatting, and approval workflows for all documents. • Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and naming conventions across departments • Ensure consistency in procedures, work instructions, and reports within the facility • Collaborate with different teams to align documentation practices across functions • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and tools.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School, Technical Education Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum 03 years’ experience, or equivalent knowledge/education preferable in: • Manufacturing environment • Technical Documentation

• Flexible availability (overtime and weekends may be required) preferred • Computer literacy in email, MS-excel, MS-words & photo edit. • Read & interpret drawings symbols- NDE, machining, welding, material & dimensional. • Good English written & communication. • 5S (Organization/Standardization) experience or knowledge desirable
