We are seeking a qualified Saudi National Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate material handling to support business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department • Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. • Accurately oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of inventory sold to customers • Review and maintain KPI’s to achieve customer satisfaction • Maintain Inventory accuracy • Serve as a liaison between the warehouse area and other departments responding to all needs fairly and in the most productive manner • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned • Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures

Education/Qualifications:

· Degree or diploma holder, preferably related to Supply Chain, Logistics and transport, Operations Manage

Experience Required:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing /Logistics, out of which, 5 years in a related managerial position.
