About this role
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and related equipment at customer field locations. • Perform inspections, testing, calibration, software updates, hardware upgrades, and system diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. • Ensure all field service activities are completed in accordance with NOV quality standards, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. • Travel to customer sites to provide installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and technical support services. • Train customers on the safe, proper operation and maintenance of NOV products and systems. • Accurately complete and submit service reports, field documentation, job summaries, and other required records in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, customers, and internal support teams regarding project status, equipment performance, and service findings. • Identify, document, and communicate equipment failures, operational concerns, and customer feedback to the appropriate departments for corrective action and continuous improvement. • Maintain company-issued tools, vehicles, equipment, and assets in good working condition and ensure proper care and accountability. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing field observations and recommendations to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements. • Comply with all NOV policies, procedures, and safety standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in the ESP or Artificial Lift industry preferred • Previous Field Service experience preferred.
