About this role
Supports an Extended School Year program; works with students between ages 2 to 5 years that require support for a range of disabilities and communication in sign and/or cued language; supports instruction, classroom, and behavior management; implements individual student reinforcement systems; assists with routine care, including personal hygiene, feeding, and toileting; performs certain medical procedures or gives medication under supervision and with appropriate training; aids medically fragile students and those physically impaired, which may involve transferring to and from wheelchairs to floor, table, or therapy devices.
