About this role
Plans and implements a Credit Recovery Academy summer program; works in a collaborative team setting to individualize instruction for a variety of learners, including support for Multilingual Learners (ML) and students who receive special education support and services; utilizes best practices in teaching to achieve curriculum goals; manages student behavior; follows pre-designed lessons, activities, and maintains appropriate pacing; collaborates with other summer program teachers to plan and facilitate Project-based Learning; collaborates in facilitating daily instruction with a Virginia and United States Government teacher during the three week course; maintains accurate and complete records as required by law, regulation, and policy.
