About this role
Assists administrators in the management of all technology for the Credit Recovery Academy summer program; serves as a liaison with central offices and schools to support technology resource needs; ensures the functionality of technology assets and systems such as computer hardware, printers, software applications, and web-based programs; supports test administration; coordinates testing room logistics; collaborates across testing teams to ensure all summer program testing systems are fully operational; provides technical support, guidance, and coaching, as needed.
