About this role
- Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal. - Achieve set targets - for himself and his team- as well as aimed service levels. - Ensure cost efficiency / profitability. - Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long lasting relations with existing clients as well as seeking new business opportunities. - Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions. - Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable. - Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation. - Responsible for achieving Dep. objectives and targets through managing, training and following up on the team members
