Responsible for managing the delivery of changes for IBG Business group The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfil business and functional requirements. Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change management from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery and post implementation maintenance activities. Responsible to support and drive change delivery within SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life-cycle. Stake holder management & reporting on Change & IT Delivery
