Executive – Recruitment (Based at Activewear - Nawala) Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Activewear team as an Executive – Recruitment. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Support divisional hiring for Executive-and-above customer-interface and functional roles by consolidating demand with HRBPs, coordinating process execution with Shared Services, and ensuring professional and consistent candidate experience. The role enables structured assessments, smooth panel coordination, and accurate data management aligned to divisional work force plans and TA governance protocols.
