Executive ‐ Administration (Based at Activewear - Nawala) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support services in areas such as transport and security, whilst ensuring timely payment of fuel re-imbursements and the maintenance of company vehicles, thereby meeting organizational administrative requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all activities with regards to the provision of transport services to employees in order to meet organizational transport requirements in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. • Ensure that the relevant reports related to fuel are compiled in an accurate and orderly manner in order to support the decision-making process. • Conduct random security checks whilst checking the security registers on a weekly basis, if there are any issues/ concerns liaise with the management in solving same. • Coordinate with the security service provider, negotiate service terms, prepare and sign contracts in a timely manner. • Monitor the performance of the security personnel and follow up on adherence to organizational standards. • Conduct random security checks whilst checking the security registers on a weekly basis, if there are any issues/ concerns liaise with Manager – Human Resources and Administration in solving same. • Follow up on service agreements and ensure that payments to the service providers are made in a timely manner. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HRM or a related field. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management or a similar role. • Good organization and co-ordination skills. • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
