JOB SCOPE: Overseeing departmental functions within a Distribution Center of up to 200+ associates. JOB SUMMARY: The DC Area Manager provides direction and leadership to hourly associates in the Distribution Center. SUPERVISION: Direct:Direct responsibility of a group of hourly associates ranging from 4-75 associates. REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
