Job Description: JOB SCOPE: Warehouse/receivng area of store
JOB SUMMARY: Unload freight from trailers and vendor trucks using forklift Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness
REPORTS TO: Store Manager Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements: JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for operating forklift to unload trailer • Assisting in staging merchandise in stockroom • High school diploma or equivalent • One year or more of related experience • 18 years of age or older REQUIRED SKILLS: • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to lift and move merchandise, typically a minimum of 40lbs, but could be up to 100lbs • Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, stretching and reaching • Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack
