Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer/ Senior Support Engineer Experience: 5-8 Years Grade : E3 Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad 1st shift: 7am to 4pm and 2nd shift: 2pm - 11pm Domain: Healthcare (Radiology / Cardiology/ Ancillary Preferred) Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Responsibilities Act as second-level escalation for complex imaging application and infrastructure issues. Perform root cause analysis across applications, network, server, database, and SSL layers. Manage VMware clusters, storage arrays, RIS/VNA systems, and cloud-hosted imaging workloads. Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, WMI) for monitoring and deployment. Collaborate with database administrators to optimize SQL/Oracle databases supporting imaging systems. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance for imaging applications. Support and optimize dictation platforms (Powerscribe, Augnito, Dragon) and Image Viewer tools. Mentor junior engineers and enforce ITIL-based incident/problem management. Skills & Requirements 5+ years of experience in imaging application and IT infrastructure support. Advanced knowledge of VMware, cloud (Azure/AWS), storage (SAN/NAS), and server administration. Strong database troubleshooting skills (SQL queries, performance tuning). Experience with web services integration (SOAP/REST APIs) for imaging workflows. Proficiency in PowerShell/WMI scripting for automation and monitoring. Expertise in RIS, VNA, Image Viewer applications, and dictation platforms. Familiarity with advanced image post‑processing workflows in radiology and cardiology. Knowledge on IHE Radiology and Cardiology Profiles. Strong expertise in PACS preferably in Change & Merge PACS systems and RIS platforms, including change and merge initiatives across multi-site healthcare environments. Qualifications BE in CSE, IT, or BME; MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical Engineering. Certifications: CCNA, ITIL, HL7, DICOM.
