Key Responsibilities Facilitation: Run Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives. Removing Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles (blockers) hindering team progress, such as access issues, missing information, or resource constraints. Coaching: Guide teams and leadership on Agile principles, fostering a self-organizing, high-performing team environment. Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical staff (e.g., clinicians, administrators). Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, using metrics like velocity and burndown charts to optimize delivery. Compliance: Ensure software and data solutions adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, with preference for experience in clinical settings, EHR systems, or healthcare data. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR), EHR systems, or medical device technology is often preferred. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
