About this role
Zyter Nexus Fellows Program Building the Next Generation of AI, Product, and Business Leaders About the Program The Zyter Nexus Fellows Program is a selective, two-year rotational experience for exceptional early-career talent at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and real-world business operations. "Nexus" reflects the core of what we are building — the convergence of AI, data systems, and human decision-making to execute complex workflows at scale. Fellows join a high-performing global cohort and work on mission-critical problems from day one, contributing directly to the platforms, products, and partnerships shaping the future of healthcare and enterprise AI. This is not a traditional internship or entry-level role. It is a structured apprenticeship designed to accelerate exceptional talent into senior leadership over the course of their careers. What Fellows Work On Zyter|TruCare is at the forefront of Agentic AI in healthcare and enterprise operations. Fellows will contribute to real initiatives including: Designing and deploying AI-driven workflows that operate in complex, regulated environments Building and scaling enterprise software platforms used by major health plans, providers, and managed care organizations Supporting high-stakes partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and transformation engagements Developing the systems, data infrastructure, and operational processes that power real-world AI execution Fellows work alongside senior engineers, product leaders, strategists, and business executives — not in separate "training tracks," but as embedded contributors on live work. Program Structure Two-Year Rotational Experience Fellows complete three to four rotations over the course of the program, each lasting approximately six months. Rotation areas include: Rotation Area What Fellows Do Product & Platform Development Build AI-powered products; work on platform architecture and roadmaps Engineering & AI Systems Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI components and enterprise software Customer Transformation & Implementation Support client deployments; translate AI capabilities into operational outcomes Go-to-Market & Growth Drive partnerships, sales strategy, and market expansion Strategy & Innovation Analyze competitive dynamics, evaluate new ventures, shape company direction Marketing & Ecosystem Development Build category presence, manage analyst and partner relationships Each rotation is designed to build both depth and breadth — enabling fellows to understand how AI systems translate into real business outcomes across the full value chain.
