About this role

Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives across go-to-market, growth strategy, commercial planning, pricing, partnerships, and transformation programs. Build market-backed business cases for new products, service lines, AI-enabled offerings, and payer/provider growth opportunities. Develop financial models, pricing scenarios, projections, ROI cases, and profitability analyses to support executive decision-making. Support strategic pursuits, RFIs, RFPs, enterprise client opportunities, and executive discussions by shaping solution narratives, commercial models, pricing logic, and executive-level positioning. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, client needs, regulatory shifts, and emerging AI opportunities to inform Zyter|TruCare’s strategic roadmap. Prepare executive-ready materials, including board-level updates, investor-style narratives, pricing recommendations, go-to-market plans, operating models, and client-facing decks. Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on growth opportunities, trade-offs, risks, prioritization decisions, and execution sequencing. Mentor and guide junior strategy team members, helping build a high-performance, analytical, and commercially disciplined Strategy & Transformation function. Qualifications 8–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, healthcare technology, payer/provider strategy, strategic finance, or digital health transformation. Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, financial modeling, business case development, and growth planning. Prior experience in U.S. healthcare is strongly preferred, especially across payers, providers, government healthcare, utilization management, care management, population health, or health-tech. Experience working on enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, AI/automation, clinical services, or technology-enabled services businesses is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build clear financial projections, pricing models, ROI cases, revenue/margin analyses, and executive recommendations. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders. Ability to take ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear hypotheses, analyses, recommendations, and action plans. Experience supporting strategic pursuits, client proposals, partnerships, or complex enterprise opportunities is a plus. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, financial modeling, and storytelling skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
