About this role

Role Summary We are looking for a Presales Consultant with expertise in Digital Workplace Services to support solutioning and pursuit activities for enterprise clients. The role involves developing workplace transformation solutions, supporting proposals and client discussions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to create compelling and competitive offerings. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies, End User Computing, Service Desk, Collaboration Platforms, and Modern Workplace services. Key Responsibilities Support solutioning activities for Digital Workplace Services opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proactive pursuits. Work with sales teams and clients to understand business requirements and develop solution approaches. Design solutions across: Service Desk & IT Support Services End User Computing (EUC) Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Services Workplace Modernization Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Device Lifecycle & Field Services Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Develop service delivery models, staffing approaches, governance frameworks, and transition plans. Prepare effort estimates, pricing inputs, solution documentation, and proposal responses. Participate in client workshops, solution presentations, and proposal defense sessions. Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to build winning solutions. Contribute to reusable solution assets, case studies, and best practices. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Services, EUC, Service Desk, or Workplace Transformation. 2–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Bid Management, or Solutioning roles. Experience supporting managed services or workplace transformation engagements. Strong understanding of Digital Workplace technologies and service delivery models. Exposure to effort estimation, pricing support, and proposal development. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Expertise Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Copilot Endpoint Management & Modern Device Management VDI (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon) Service Desk & ITSM Platforms Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Solutions Workplace Automation & AI-enabled Support Services
