The Conversion Analyst is an active participant in a high-profile role supporting Portico credit union clients as they transition from their current core software to Portico. This position carries a wide range of responsibilities throughout the conversion lifecycle, making a willingness to do whatever it takes essential. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proven ability to troubleshoot issues, and is highly organized. Knowledge of the credit union or banking industry is a plus. In this role, you can look forward to: Providing consultation to clients before, during, and after conversion, including guidance on proper system usage Supporting clients during Portico Go-Live, including teller and lending operations throughout live week Managing outstanding issues as credit unions transition from Delivery teams to Client Services Communicating progress and potential risks to management for awareness and resolution Maintaining tools that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process Applying standard project management principles to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables Supporting multiple concurrent projects Supporting Fiserv’s mission by delivering outstanding service, support, and implementation of integrated technology and service solutions to internal and external clients Required Qualifications: High School Diploma required Minimum of 2 years of work experience (financial industry experience preferred) Experience working directly with clients Flexibility to work after hours, on-call, and weekends during go-live events as needed Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Experience with credit union products and services highly preferred Project management capabilities Experience with Excel or Access is a plus
