TOWER LOCATION Offshore (Bangalore) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner PathNet production support ROLE SUMMARY The offshore Lab Analyst provides 24/7 lab support across PathNet General Lab, Microbiology, and Blood Bank during IST hours. Transfusion events and antibiotic susceptibility results have clinical-safety severity; the role must triage with appropriate urgency and escalate to the onshore SA without delay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide PathNet support across General Lab, Microbiology, and Blood Bank during IST hours. • Monitor lab instrument interfaces; triage instrument connectivity issues. • Support Point of Care (POC) testing connectivity. • Triage Blood Bank events including transfusion documentation and transfusion reactions. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Cerner PathNet Support (required) PathNet General Lab, Microbiology, and Blood Bank production support. Lab Instrument Interfaces (required) Lab instrument interface monitoring and basic triage. POC Connectivity (required) POC connectivity support. Blood Bank Triage (required) Blood Bank support including transfusion event triage; escalation discipline for transfusion reactions. Microbiology (required) Microbiology workflow support including susceptibility result entry and AST troubleshooting. HL7 v2.x Lab (required) HL7 v2.x ORM and ORU message inspection. LOINC (preferred) LOINC code lookup and basic catalog maintenance. Discern Explorer (preferred) Anatomic Pathology (preferred) Anatomic Pathology basic awareness. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS • Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory) • Cerner PathNet certification OR 3+ years PathNet production support (mandatory) • ITIL 4 Foundation (mandatory) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • [VERIFY] Cerner PathNet Blood Bank familiarity • HL7 v2.x certification • Prior offshore PathNet support for a US healthcare provider
