About this role
As our SRP Lead, you will:
Lead the Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), supporting pupils with SEND, with a particular focus on autism Chair annual reviews and manage EHCPs, working in close partnership with parents, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams Plan and deliver targeted interventions and support colleagues in inclusive practice Monitor progress and report to senior leadership
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience working with children with SEND, especially autism Experience producing and managing EHCPs and leading annual reviews (desirable) Strong communication and organisational skills A collaborative approach and up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
