About the role: You will play an important part in our pupils’ day, supervising and supporting them during lunch and playtimes to ensure their safety, wellbeing and happiness. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising pupils either in the dining hall or playground Encouraging safe, positive, and inclusive behaviour Assisting with dining arrangements and good hygiene practices Engaging children in inclusive play and creative activities Supporting children with SEND Reporting incidents and concerns to senior staff including first aid and safeguarding incidents
