About this role
You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with:
·CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience·Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice·Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and support at all levels·Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism·Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset·A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approachExperience in education or safeguarding? That’s a bonus—but not essential.
