• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and finalization of the Group’s Annual Report, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with IFRS, and alignment with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory reporting standards.
• Coordinate external audits and act as the key contact for external auditors.
• Review and implement new accounting standards and ensure timely adoption across the Group.
• Maintain group-level accounting policies and ensure consistent application across subsidiaries.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to other business verticals and finance teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the management and Board-level reviews.
• Drive automation and system enhancements in financial reporting tools and software.
• Work closely with sector finance heads to ensure timely submission and validation of budget inputs.
Candidate Profile:
• Chartered Accountant (CA), or ACCA, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or audit.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
