About this role
The position is responsible for managing and leading the entire branch as “captain of the ship” by achieving assigned sales targets and overseeing all other activities performed by the branch. This includes but not limited to ensuring a satisfactory level of regulatory compliance and Internal controls, excellent service to customers, driving growth across all key performance indicators, and any additional task assigned by the management
