We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to take on the role of classroom teaching assistant in Reception. Our priority is to recruit staff who are ambitious for, yet sensitive to the needs of children, whatever their starting points.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 4.30pm) and Friday (8.30am - 3.30pm)

You will have:
experience and knowledge of how young children learn Level 2 or above relevant childcare qualification excellent communication skills experience of teaching phonics the ability to use your own initiative to support the individual needs of children the ability to develop positive and supportive relationships with children and their families the ability to support the speech and language progress of children from various stages of development an understanding of supporting a range of additional needs within school the skills to be an excellent team player
