About this role
As the Senior Product Support Engineer, you will own the customer relationship during and after the onboarding phase, and operates with a large amount of autonomy while building and fostering these relationships. You will lead the customer success journey immediately post sale, from product training, software implementation, to solution consultation and customer care.
