About this role
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance across a designated regional portfolio of company's data centre developments. The role is accountable for translating and executing the global HSE strategy across the full project lifecycle—from design and construction through commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations. The Senior Director will work closely with Design & Construction leadership, Project Directors, Delivery teams, and Operations to ensure HSE excellence is embedded throughout project execution while fostering a culture of proactive risk management, operational resilience, and continuous improvement.
