Job summary
Sussex Premier Health is a private hospital owned by East Sussex Health Care who are looking for a someone who is passionate about customer service to join their reception team. You will be the face of the hospital greeting our patients, Consultants, contactors and anyone else who comes through our front doors.
You will need to be able to think on your feet and always stay calm with any challenge that may come your way.
Main duties of the job
To receive, admit and direct all patients and visitors and to operate communications equipment. To provide an efficient, courteous and friendly reception service to accommodate the needs of inpatients and outpatients, all visitors to the hospital, consultants and other members of staff.
