Are you looking to develop your skills in nurse leadership and management? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team on Ward 32 as a Deputy Ward Manager.
Ward 32 is a 33 bedded medical ward, specialising in the care of Cardiology, Neurology and Endocrine patients.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals who have excellent communication skills. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your clinical, leadership and management skills, enabling you to meet your personal and professional objectives.
As a Deputy Ward Manager you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high standards of patient care delivery in this area. You will act as a role model promoting quality evidence-based practice, developing the nursing team and ensuring effective management of the department in the absence of the Ward Manager.
The successful candidate will need at least two years post registration experience and will work in partnership with the Ward Manager.
