This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale transformation that will deliver tangible benefits for our colleagues and patients. We are now seeking to appoint a values-driven, inspiring, and inclusive Chief Culture and PeopleOfficer to join our Board. Working in partnership with our Board and Care Group leadership teams, you will drive sustainable cultural change and ensure the delivery of our People Strategy as an enabler of the wider Organisation Strategy. Most importantly, you will role model our Trust values and actively promote a culture ofkindness,openness, andexcellence within the People Directorate and Trust-wide.
Main duties of the job
We are keen to attract any candidate either from within or beyond the NHS who share our core values and whose experience includes unionised environments and a multi-site workforce. Whether from beyond the NHS or within, you will be a strategic and inclusive leader, most likely operating at board level in a complex organisation, or potentially immediately sub-board in a very large organisation. With a track record of leading complex change and improvement, you will bring strong expertise in workforce strategy and planning, organisational development, and employee engagement. You will be a values-driven leader, with strong communication and influencing skills, able to build trusted relationships and engage staff at all levels, ensuring that our people feel heard, supported, and inspired.
