As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer care and collections process. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, while also overseeing the effective management of our collections team. You will act as a bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Lead and mentor the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, offering timely and effective resolutions. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer journey. • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer payments and collections. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the collections process. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and collections.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office. • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Familiarity with collections industry regulations and best practices. • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new industry developments.
