About this role
We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch soft skills training. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging training sessions, covering a range of essential soft skills. The role is crucial in helping our clients develop their communication and interview skills, ultimately enhancing their employability and career prospects.
• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, email and telephone etiquette, interview techniques, and corporate grooming. • Conduct rigorous mock interview sessions, providing constructive feedback on body language, voice modulation, and answers. • Create and update training materials, ensuring they are engaging and relevant to the target audience. • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs. • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training. • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific training requirements. • Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure the long-term success of the training programs. • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training, preferably in a corporate setting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual training platforms. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others develop their skills. • Willingness to travel to different locations for training delivery (if required). • Any relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development will be an advantage.
