As a Coll - EXE, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you will be the face of our company for many of our clients. You will work closely with the Collections team to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and professional response. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, keeping them informed about their accounts and services. • Resolve customer issues and disputes, finding mutually beneficial solutions and ensuring a positive outcome. • Build strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and a personalized approach. • Collaborate with the Collections team to develop efficient processes and strategies for customer engagement and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security. • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team leads or managers for further action. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service quality. • Act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer care. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
