As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the voice of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary role is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and door-to-door visits. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their understanding of our products and services. • Resolve customer issues and conflicts, finding mutually beneficial solutions. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and address any pain points. • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information. • Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations in all customer interactions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's brand and values.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or financial services environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
